Prepare your lips to be free of impurities by exfoliating if necessary. Apply lip gloss to the middle of the lower lip and the entire upper lip. This will prevent unsightly stains at the corners of your mouth. Gently rub your lips together so that the lip gloss blends naturally. Another way to use it is to apply the lip gloss right in the centre of both the upper and lower lip to make them look fuller and fuller.
