How to use
Liquid highlighter is applied just after foundation and before powder highlighter. Take a dab of highlighter with a brush or your fingers and apply it just above the cheeks to enhance the cheekbones, under the arch of the eyebrow to lift the eyelid and at the corners of the eyes to open up the look. You can also dab it on the cupid’s bow to visually enlarge the lips and on the septum of the nose to sharpen it.
